Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can cancel your order by 5pm the next business day after placing it. Here's how:

Please note that if your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you can return the item in accordance with our return policy.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed at our facility Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, with shipping occurring the following business day. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends. Additional processing time may be required during holidays and sale seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery within 7 days. Can change due to demand and take up to two weeks.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
All prices on our site are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and are exclusive of taxes. You may be liable for import taxes, duties, and related customs fees upon arrival of your order, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. Delays caused by the customs department in your country are outside our control. How do I return an item?

What if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Should you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the items. We strive to resolve such issues swiftly and effectively.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and can take 7-10 business days to be processed by your bank or credit card issuer following receipt of the returned item or cancellation notice. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company as processing times can vary.
